Background: Rob served as the CEO of Stealth Monitoring for 12 years, a search fund-acquired security business that achieved a 20x+ net MOIC after scaling to $150m+ annual revenue (majority recurring) across 40 offices in 5 countries. His prior experience includes consulting at McKinsey and strategy at Morgan Stanley.
Education & Honors: Rob holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and a MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He is a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 award and is an active member of several YPO Chapters.

Background: Rob was the CEO of Hathorn Inspection Cameras for five years, leading the search fund-acquired business to a 10x+ net MOIC. He previously served as an investor at the Export Development Bank of Canada and a consultant at Deloitte.
Education: Rob earned a B.Eng. from the University of British Columbia and a MBA from Oxford Said Business School.

Background: His professional background includes experience as a project leader in the Bain & Co. Private Equity Group and serving as a supply chain manager for Gap Inc. in China.
Education: Will holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Justin Joffe

Background: Justin has been CEO of 3 companies (HENRY the Dentist, Hudson Blvd Group, AME Learning), scaling businesses from 0 to 250 employees and over $100m in revenue. He began his career as a consultant at BCG.
Education: Justin holds an HBA from Ivey Business School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a coaching certificate from Stanford GSB.
Richard Venn

Background: Richard was Chairman and CEO of CIBC’s Investment Bank and is a Founding Partner of Further Global Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm. He spent many years in investment banking at Wood Gundy.
Education: Richard received a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Background: Peter has spent over twenty years as a private equity investor, most recently at H.I.G. Capital and previously with J.H. Whitney, Heartland Partners and The Blackstone Group. His industry experience spans manufacturing, consumer, distribution and services businesses. He has worked on 80+ M&A transactions and 3 IPO exits.
Education: He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charter holder and member of the Turnaround Management Association.
